Building Teams
Most team dysfunction isn’t a skills problem, its a communication issue. People talk past each other, avoid hard conversations, or default to whoever is loudest in the room. In this session I work directly with your team to build the trust and communication habits that make collaboration work, especially in groups that are diverse in background, working style, or culture.
