Building Teams

Most team dysfunction isn’t a skills problem, its a communication issue. People talk past each other, avoid hard conversations, or default to whoever is loudest in the room. In this session I work directly with your team to build the trust and communication habits that make collaboration work, especially in groups that are diverse in background, working style, or culture.

What This Looks Like

Format: workshop or multi session series

Typical length: half day or two half days

Group size: works best with teams of 12-20

Delivery: in person, with virtual follow up
