There’s no single “right” way to communicate. The goal is not to hand you a script, it’s to help you bring your authentic self to the room, while giving you the tools to read the room as well.

This is one-on-one and small group coaching for leaders and executives who need to communicate with more clarity, presence and confidence, whether that’s in a high- stakes presentation, a difficult one-on-one, or a cultural or generational divide.

What This Looks Like:

Format: 1:1 coaching or small groups

Typical engagement: a series of four sessions, or ongoing monthly coaching

Delivery: In person preferred, virtual available

Best for: Executives preparing for a major presentation or transition, leaders who get feedback that they’re “hard to read”, and managers trying to move up the corporate ladder.

Goals

1. Enhance Self-Awareness: understand different communication styles and personality types to better navigate interpersonal dynamics. The goal is to be able to adjust communication and interaction strategies to suit different people and contexts effectively. This includes active listening, clear and effective speaking, and the ability to interpret and use body language to enhance how messages are given and received.

2. Master Persuasive Techniques: influence others by understanding the principles of persuasion, learning how to craft compelling arguments, and knowing how to motivate others toward a common goal.

3. Practical Application: Cement these skills through role-playing and real-world exercises.
